Session Goal
Reconstruct and index several long GPT threads into reusable session maps, with emphasis on reporting architecture, accounting automation, and work-unit-based knowledge organization. The intent was to preserve decision history, dependencies, and implementation direction so future sessions can resume from the right artifact rather than the right chat.
Key Activities
- Built chronological reconstructions of prior threads in multiple formats: tables, timelines, reports, and block-based indices.
- Summarized the evolution of a human-in-the-loop reporting architecture, including the move toward a stubbed mega-file/front architecture and clearer separation of concerns.
- Indexed the accounting/reporting spine: ledger, metrics, debt-resolution, human-readable reports, live service hardening, and export/publish flows.
- Captured operational debugging themes such as orchestration, timer behavior, fingerprint-based skip logic, launcher behavior, Makefile integration, ingest/QA, and audit logging.
- Proposed a knowledge-organization principle: group notes by real work units and pending artifacts instead of by chat thread boundaries.

- Produced multiple session summaries that function as retrieval-ready indices for later continuation.
- Clarified the architectural consensus around separating operation, liquidity, internal debt, and extraction in reporting.
- Preserved implementation and troubleshooting decisions for accounting automation and orchestration.
