- Created an implementation plan for a new organizational structure, detailing candidate selection, induction programs, and transition strategies.
- Compiled support documents for the Data Subsecretariat, including policies, procedures, and training materials.
- Drafted a bilateral agenda for collaboration between the Data Subsecretariat and the Provincial Directorate of Strategic Planning.
