- Outlined an implementation plan for a new organizational structure, including candidate selection, induction programs, and strategies for smooth transitions.
- Compiled support documents for the Data Subsecretariat, covering policies, procedures, training, and development materials.
- Planned a bilateral agenda between the Data Subsecretariat and the Provincial Directorate of Strategic Planning, focusing on data management and strategic security planning.
