The session aimed to plan and outline the organizational structure and roles within the Data Subsecretariat of the Ministry of Security.

Developed a comprehensive plan for the management of the Data Subsecretariat, detailing its organizational structure and functions.
Discussed the distribution of roles between the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Chief Data Officer (CDO) to enhance coordination and efficiency.
Proposed the creation of specialized offices for CTO and CDO to improve the management of technology and data.
Outlined the key roles and responsibilities within the Data Subsecretariat, including the Chief Data Officer, Director of Data Analysis, Data Scientist, and Political Relations Coordinator.

Completed a detailed plan for the Data Subsecretariat’s structure, including an organigram and integration plan with other areas of the Ministry.
Clarified the roles and responsibilities of key positions to ensure strategic alignment with the Ministry’s objectives.

Finalize and approve the proposed separation of functions between the CTO and CDO.
Develop detailed job descriptions for each role within the Data Subsecretariat.
