Session Goal: The session aimed to develop and refine collaboration strategies between the University of Buenos Aires (UBA) and various security institutions, including the Ministry of Security and the Police of the Province.

Key Activities:

  1. Reviewed and documented the process for filing complaints with the Faculty’s Board of Directors, including necessary documentation and steps.
  2. Proposed a collaboration between the Subsecretariat of Professional Training and Development of the Police and UBA, focusing on training programs, applied research, and technology development.
  3. Outlined regulations for UBA’s collaboration with the Police, covering technical cooperation and research subsidy management.
  4. Suggested reordering projects according to UBA’s cooperation categories to streamline presentation and implementation.
  5. Developed a structured plan for collaboration between the Ministry of Security and UBA, including stages from initial meetings to project implementation and evaluation.
  6. Designed a plan for internship programs between the Ministry of Security and UBA, detailing needs assessment to result dissemination.
  7. Created an agenda for a commission meeting focusing on integrating Peronist perspectives into discussions on security and education.
  8. Proposed a subcommittee for data policy development in the Data Science degree program, aligning with CODEP’s educational quality improvement functions.
  9. Analyzed the alignment of data policy projects with CODEP’s functions and competencies, emphasizing the need for approval by the Board of Directors.
