Session Goal: The primary goal of this session was to develop structured personas for AI automation onboarding, focusing on creating a comprehensive framework to guide the onboarding process for a RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) tool ecosystem.

Key Activities:

  • Outlined primary personas for onboarding related to a RAG tool ecosystem, detailing their needs, value propositions, and suggested onboarding assets.
  • Developed a structured approach to personas for AI automation, including profiles, needs, resources, and onboarding strategies for four distinct personas: AI Automation Engineer, Non-Technical Researcher, Indie Hacker, and End-User Client.
  • Explored a trail-based onboarding publishing system using existing GPT logs to generate structured, audience-specific documentation.
  • Designed a knowledge-grounded publishing engine to create persona-targeted documentation using past logs.

Achievements:

  • Successfully mapped out primary personas and their onboarding needs for the RAG tool ecosystem.
  • Developed a comprehensive framework for persona development in AI automation, including specific onboarding strategies.
  • Conceptualized a trail-based onboarding publishing system and a knowledge-grounded publishing engine.
