  • Blueprint for Knowledge Product Creation: Outlined a strategic framework for leveraging personal knowledge bases to create public-facing knowledge products, focusing on time-folding, perspective splitting, and pattern mining.
  • Architecting the Matías Publishing Universe: Created a comprehensive strategy for developing a publishing universe, including flagship works, ongoing series, web properties, courseware, periodic reports, public goods, event formats, signature projects, and a content production process.
  • Troubleshooting Black Book: Proposed a book structure aimed at helping data and ML engineers troubleshoot workflows, detailing architecture and transformation processes for snippets into chapters.
  • Small-Area Estimation Guide: Developed a practical starter guide for small-area estimation using Python, covering various models and reproducibility.
  • Debug Help Canon: Outlined a strategy for creating a ‘debug help’ canon to establish authority in debugging practices, including branding, publication formats, and monetization options.
