• Outlined an Institutional Strategy Framework for implementing a Data Science program within a university context, detailing actionable steps and core components.
• Developed a Strategic Planning and Governance Framework to enhance positioning within the commission and the +participacion group.
• Proposed a structured plan for the creation of the Data Science Commission, including templates for SUCs and a sprint for initial organization.
• Designed a crawl plan for extracting key information from the Licenciatura’s website.
• Defined work cores and lines for the Commission, with detailed responsibilities and KPIs.
• Reflected on academic planning initiatives, including curriculum updates and faculty management.
• Outlined proposals for institutional projects related to graduate relations and governance.
• Evaluated and suggested improvements for the Control Tower’s functionality.
