Description

Session Goal

Build reusable, low-bureaucracy templates for managing artifacts across governance, accounting, legal, and family/conflict contexts.

Key Activities

  • Proposed a 16-column sheet structure for artifact inventory management, aimed at capturing what each artifact is, why it matters, its current state, and next actions without adding unnecessary process overhead.
  • Reviewed an artifact management overview for governance/strategy, framing artifacts as a prioritized inventory that supports decision-making and follow-up.
  • Drafted a meeting agenda and guidelines package for family discussions, including opening scripts, decision checklists, and follow-up templates to improve communication and execution.
  • Created an artifact management table for accounting, organizing evidence and documentation by type, function, and next steps.
  • Outlined legal artifact checklists tied to CCyC / legal materials, focusing on documentation, questions, and action prompts for legal professionals.
  • Assembled conflict timeline and stakeholder summaries to map events, economic flows, and stakeholder dynamics into a structured case-management view.
  • Produced an artifact overview for legal stakeholders with executive summaries, matrices, and guides to help lawyers and stakeholders understand the case and prepare objections.

Achievements

  • Established a coherent pattern for turning messy operational, legal, and family information into structured artifact inventories.
  • Clarified the intent of the system: support governance, accounting, and legal coordination with concise templates that enable action tracking and prioritization.
  • Identified a reusable documentation approach that can be applied across multiple domains with minimal friction.

Pending Tasks

  • Validate which artifact fields are essential versus optional in the 16-column sheet.
  • Consolidate the various templates into a single canonical schema.
  • Define the next operational step for each artifact category so the inventory can drive execution, not just documentation.
  • Review whether the legal/conflict materials need separate handling rules or can remain within the same artifact framework.
