Session Goal

Design a structured approach for handling family conflict around shared accounts and patrimonial issues, while also organizing legal references relevant to Argentina to support the argumentation.

Key Activities

• Reviewed multiple prompts focused on three separate family meetings with distinct objectives.
• Defined a negotiation framework that separates facts, criteria, and requests to prevent emotional drift and keep each conversation operational.
• Emphasized producing concrete documents/artifacts after each meeting so outcomes are explicit and actionable.
• Proposed a support system / master tree to organize the materials needed for preparation, execution, and follow-up of the meetings.
• Included a parallel task to organize legal references and verify Argentine legal sources to strengthen the underlying position.
