Consolidate a mixed set of planning/reflection notes into actionable operating guidance for the next work cycle, with emphasis on reducing reentry cost, clarifying priorities, and preserving control over ongoing workstreams.

  • Reviewed a family-patrimonial conflict memo and captured the need for a master digest to preserve context, log achievements, and make future reentry easier.
  • Summarized thesis supervision progress, including recovered control over the repository, issues encountered, principles agreed with the student, and the feedback still to be delivered on both analytical content and repository structure.
  • Reframed the remaining work for the LCD page surface into three explicit sprints, aiming to lower reentry cost and sequence work through QA and deployment readiness.
