Description

Session Goal

Build a reusable structured export for active projects in the MAL ecosystem, with emphasis on governance layers, portfolio mapping, and downstream automation/CRM reuse.

Key Activities

  • Defined a raw CSV schema for grouping project metadata into top-level titles, subgroups, and project records with IDs.
  • Framed the export as a portfolio artifact that can be reused for governance, automation, and job-search workflows.
  • Created a registry-style reflection covering research/publication pipelines, relational CRM systems, business automation, and session debrief infrastructure.
  • Added concise one-liners and context blurbs so each project can be consumed by memory, planning, and note-generation systems.

Achievements

  • Established a structured CSV template for exporting grouped project metadata.
  • Clarified how active projects map into a reusable registry for planning and downstream processing.
  • Captured progress criteria and concise descriptions that make the registry operational rather than purely descriptive.

Pending Tasks

  • Populate the CSV with the full set of project records and IDs.
  • Validate the grouping/governance hierarchy against the current project inventory.
  • Reconcile any duplicated or placeholder entries from the capture/review notes before reuse.
