Description
Session Goal
Consolidate the project inventory taxonomy and capture the day’s closure notes into reusable operational artifacts.
Key Activities
- Applied a CSV patch to correct project inventory rows, including updated descriptions, group assignments, and placeholder IDs for three new entries.
- Documented a taxonomy move for Peronómetro and clarified where Operations Manual, Capture Manual, and Capture Manual Product belong in the organizational structure.
- Produced end-of-day reflection notes that separated durable outputs from deferred work, with emphasis on product exploration, portfolio consolidation, and operational re-entry.
- Reviewed the portfolio through a strategic lens, identifying high-leverage closures, near-active systems, and structural blind spots in governance and observability.
- Framed the portfolio as layered system architecture: governance/orchestration, cognitive/data infrastructure, and public/applied products.
Achievements
- The inventory taxonomy was normalized enough to support downstream classification and maintenance.
- The session clarified how several manuals and product artifacts should be grouped within the portfolio.
- A reusable daily closure pattern was captured, highlighting what was completed versus what should be resumed later.
- Strategic insight was generated on portfolio governance: explicit operational state, promotion/retirement criteria, observability, and maintenance economics.
Pending Tasks
- Resume job search and weekly review workflows.
- Continue portfolio classification by assigning each project to the updated group/type/role taxonomy.
- Follow up on operational items deferred in the daily closure note.
- Validate whether the taxonomy changes should be propagated to other inventory views or manuals.
