Description
Session Goal
Design a content-first filesystem scaffold for a weekly operations and governance system, with the filesystem acting as the primary architecture before any Docusaurus/Next.js mounting.
Key Activities
- Defined the core documentation structure around overview, governance maps, route cards, digital support indexes, printables, templates, design notes, backlog, and optional web shells.
- Established the canonical governance architecture for MAL’s weekly board, including route IDs, contracts, state sources, evidence, and stop rules.
- Expanded the route-card system to cover BOOT, MAINT, FOCUS, CLOSE, WEEK-GOV, NEXT, FIN-W, GYM-GOV, and HOUSE-GOV, plus domain contracts for project carry, homeostasis, externalization, and situational workflows.
- Added a Digital Support Index v0 as a searchable navigation layer linking route IDs to route cards, governance contracts, state sources, evidence targets, and link-health checks.
- Separated printable artifacts and board-scope content, including backlog/risk files, Monday Bridge material, user guidance, and render scripts for PDF/HTML outputs.
Achievements
- Clarified the information architecture for the weekly governance system and avoided framework-first implementation.
- Created a layered model that keeps the weekly board lightweight while pushing operational detail into contracts, route cards, and support indexes.
- Defined the basis for future digital navigation, evidence tracking, and printable exports.

- Implement the filesystem scaffold into actual directories/files.
- Populate route cards, contracts, and state/evidence source files with concrete content.
- Build or mount the scaffold into Docusaurus or Next.js once the content structure is stable.
