Description

Session Goal

Consolidate the work around the template-based web factory into an actionable commercial and operational plan, while also triaging immediate inbox items that affect execution.

Key Activities

  • Reviewed inbox priorities and separated urgent operational emails from noise.
  • Identified three immediate follow-ups: a recruiter message from Quantiphi/Workday, a T-Mobile prepaid refill notice, and Vercel/GitHub deployment notifications for site-factory-showcase.
  • Drafted a reusable prompt workflow for generating eight simulated thumbnails from template-data.ts, with constraints to avoid inventing new templates or changing slugs.
  • Confirmed the thumbnail asset pipeline: 8 PNGs, renamed and organized under public/templates/<slug>.png, at 1200x720 resolution.
  • Reframed the project from a website-building effort into a repeatable commercial channel, including positioning, sales roles, acquisition channels, SOPs, CRM fields, and a 14-day validation experiment.
  • Synthesized the development block as a near-complete mini factory capable of selling, charging, auditing, and producing template-based sites by vertical.

Achievements

  • Clarified the operational priority stack for the inbox, explicitly de-prioritizing announcements and promotions.
  • Established a clean generation/validation workflow for simulated thumbnails, suitable for delegation to another agent or thread.
  • Locked in the production-state understanding of the site-factory showcase and its asset packaging.
  • Defined the next strategic phase as market validation through pilots rather than expanding features or hiring.

Pending Tasks

  • Send the recruiter follow-up to Quantiphi/Workday.
  • Handle the T-Mobile prepaid refill notice.
  • Review and verify the Vercel/GitHub deployment notifications for site-factory-showcase.
  • Execute the 14-day validation experiment for the template-based web factory and capture pilot sales signals.
  • Keep production locked until the commercial flow is validated.
