The session aimed to outline high-leverage enterprise use cases and develop a strategic plan for the Flowpower project, focusing on efficiency, security, and scalability.

Key Activities:

• Enterprise Use Cases: Identified ten enterprise-grade use cases and painkillers that Flowpower can address in 2025.
• Agent Onboarding: Created a checklist for new agents to ensure smooth onboarding and effective immersion.
• LLM Execution Layer: Proposed an LLM execution layer to enhance development speed and meet enterprise requirements.
• Flowpower Execution Plan: Activated agents with a detailed execution plan, outlining immediate tasks and a three-day roadmap.
• Commitment to Development: Emphasized a positive attitude towards challenges and productivity.
• Collaboration Dynamics: Reflected on the balance between emotional insight and technical execution in AI collaboration.
• Flowpower Bootstrapping: Structured a phased approach for building the Flowpower codebase.
• SDK Development: Developed a production-ready flowpower/sdk/client.py for an ergonomic SDK interface.

Achievements:
