Session Goal: The session focused on developing an AI-native solo agency and resolving various installation and dependency issues related to the Cerebrum module in the AIOS framework.

Key Activities:

  2. Agency Development Planning: Outlined a structured approach to building an AI-native solo agency, detailing roles, planning methods, and strategic advice for implementation.
  3. Organizational Design with AI Agents: Proposed a scalable organizational structure powered by AI agents, emphasizing mission-driven approaches to enhance business operations.
  4. AI Orchestration Framework: Designed a comprehensive framework for orchestrating AI agents to improve system intelligence and utility.
  5. Cerebrum Installation and Dependency Resolution: Addressed installation conflicts and dependency issues with the Cerebrum module, including fixing PyAudio, OpenCV, and PyQt dependencies, and provided solutions for integrating a local version of Cerebrum into the Python environment.
