Session Goal

The session aimed to enhance the article management system within PromptFlow by integrating robust article ID references and enriching article metadata.

Key Activities

• Defined a relational model to integrate RSS dumps and PromptFlow outputs, focusing on normalization and key relationships.
• Proposed extensions to the relational model to manage articles, summaries, and ideas with new data structures.
• Planned a strategy for integrating systems for article management, emphasizing deduplication and referencing.
• Executed the integration of a global article reference layer using article_index_map to stabilize article ID traceability in PromptFlow.
• Implemented the integration of article_index_map into the PromptFlow pipeline, including data preprocessing and configuration updates.
• Enriched PF articles with unique identifiers (UIDs) and additional metadata.
• Developed a solution for using composite keys to join article metadata, addressing non-unique article_id values.

Achievements

• Successfully outlined and partially implemented a robust article management framework within PromptFlow, ensuring better data integrity and traceability.

Pending Tasks

• Complete the full implementation of the composite key solution for article metadata joining.
• Further test and validate the integration of UID injection and article index mapping in various scenarios.
