Description

Session Goal

The session aimed to conduct a comprehensive analysis of specific police reports (P.U. 4810/2025 and P.U. 5888/2025) and to design a data strategy for criminal analysis.

Key Activities

  1. Analysis of P.U. 4810/2025: Evaluated police training and procedural discipline, identified omissions and procedural risks, and proposed corrections along with an operational checklist to enhance report quality.
  2. Critical Analysis of P.U. 5888/2025: Conducted a detailed examination of police procedures, focusing on protocols involving minors, and provided a corrected version of the report with a compliance checklist.
  3. General Police Report Analysis: Identified signs of professional discipline, omissions, procedural risks, and made recommendations to improve documentation and ensure evidentiary validity.
  4. Design of Semi-Structured Dataset for Criminal Analysis: Proposed a detailed plan to convert P.U. data into a semi-structured dataset for use by the Subsecretaría de Planificación e Inteligencia Criminal, including data schema specifications and quality metrics.
  5. Two-Step Data Extraction Strategy: Developed a phased data extraction approach using regex and heuristics for initial data collection, followed by AI and human review for data enrichment and normalization.
