Session Goal

The session aimed to execute a smoke test for the Email Triage Manager and configure the email manager’s environment.

Key Activities

• Developed and executed a smoke test plan for the Email Triage Manager, including dependency installation, script execution, and result logging.
• Outlined a detailed IMAP email processing and triage plan, focusing on moving parsed emails to canonical storage and performing a dry-run triage.
• Implemented a simulated triage runner with a mock triager to categorize emails, including fixing a runtime bug and applying a code patch.
• Configured the email manager’s environment with a new safe configuration file, updated simulation script, and bug patch.
