Session Goal

Assess whether the automation system had reached a sufficiently complete state and define a bounded stabilization pass instead of continuing architectural expansion.

Key Activities

  • Reviewed the office-cycle automation as a “minimum viable organism” and treated the current system as a living cell with healthy bounded surfaces.
  • Identified two validation issues and one substrate-quality concern that still required attention.
