Description

Session Goal

Translate architectural insight from the MAL project taxonomy into durable operational artifacts and a clearer weekly workflow.

Key Activities

  • Reviewed a structured screening of the MAL project taxonomy CSV in an Obsidian/knowledge-management context.
  • Interpreted the taxonomy as a hierarchical model spanning verticals, lanes, components, products, registries, and governance streams.
  • Framed Wednesday as a conversion day: moving Monday/Tuesday architectural insight into concrete control artifacts.
  • Prioritized workstreams around Media Monitor refactor documentation, an architecture_role registry rollout, public snapshot hardening, and bounded continuity actions for job search and health.

Achievements

  • Clarified the taxonomy as a durable reference for organizing operational architecture notes in Obsidian.
  • Converted a broad architectural reflection into an execution-oriented weekly cadence.
  • Identified the main artifact families that should be frozen and maintained as control surfaces rather than left as ad hoc notes.

Pending Tasks

  • Produce the Media Monitor refactor documentation.
  • Implement or document the architecture_role registry rollout.
  • Harden the public snapshot/public surface artifacts.
  • Keep job-search and health actions bounded so they do not disrupt the weekly build/repair cycle.
