Description

Frame documentation work as an information-architecture problem first, then implement a minimal but production-ready Docusaurus documentation surface for the Knowledge Ecosystem.

Reframed the docs effort around navigation, explicit guidance, and preventing future agents from repeating broken paths.
Defined a one-hour SOP for launching a minimal Docusaurus site, prioritizing a usable homepage, sidebar, local build validation, and deployment over polish.
Drafted a modular Docusaurus scaffold for the paper-kb / KB / abstract-scroller ecosystem, including module boundaries, contracts, integrations, operations, and roadmap structure.
Prepared a reset-and-build workflow to remove starter content, apply the custom configuration, and validate the production build.
Added a targeted build-fix plan for missing intro documentation and sidebar export cleanup, with fallback diagnostics if the build still fails.

Clarified the documentation strategy as an information architecture exercise rather than a pure writing task.
Established a constrained, repeatable Docusaurus setup workflow suitable for rapid deployment.
Formalized the ecosystem’s public surfaces and module relationships in a documentation scaffold.
Identified concrete remediation steps for common build failures, especially missing docs and sidebar configuration issues.

Run the reset/build workflow in the repository and verify the production build succeeds.
Recreate or confirm docs/intro.md and ensure the sidebar export is clean and valid.
Deploy the site once the build is stable and confirm the homepage/sidebar render correctly.
