Description
Session Goal
Improve the empadronados report generation pipeline so category sections are mutually exclusive, rendering is cleaner, and the final HTML/PDF artifacts can be validated and published safely.
Key Activities
- Proposed replacing the existing script 07 so categories are derived exclusively from
contactos_empadronados, eliminating overlapping lists. - Kept the report index, bundle validation, and HTML/PDF export flow intact while hardening the pipeline against duplicate artifacts and slug collisions.
- Added QA-oriented guidance to reduce visual noise in tables, tighten columns, format numeric fields consistently, and make category sections more actionable.
- Defined category-specific table layouts and summary tables, including breakdowns by padrón and FCEN entry year.
- Documented operational steps to rerun rendering, publish outputs, inspect the deployment folder, verify the manifest, and confirm the Vercel URL.
- Included cleanup and inspection guidance to diagnose repeated index rows caused by top100/top300 coexistence and legacy duplicate filenames.
Achievements
- Clarified the technical root cause of duplicated report artifacts: multiple input sources and legacy filenames were multiplying downstream outputs.
- Established a safer rendering approach based on exclusive category derivation and downstream deduplication.
- Produced a practical QA and publication checklist for final validation before sharing.
- Identified the need for privacy-aware handling of sensitive report data when publishing or sharing internally.
Pending Tasks
- Apply the proposed patch to the pipeline scripts and verify that only the intended top300 outputs are emitted.
- Re-run rendering and publication targets, then confirm category totals match row counts.
- Validate that the public index no longer contains repeated slugs or duplicated rows.
- Check the deployed Vercel URL and ensure the final report is ready for internal distribution.
