Description
Session Goal
Verify and reconcile a referenced manual/link in persistent context, then assess whether the published ops wiki/manual correctly reflects the newer weekly governance model and the boundary between wiki doctrine and runtime implementation.
Key Activities
- Searched persistent context for a reliable trace of the referenced manual/link and checked candidate entries for superficial validity.
- Reviewed the Ops Manual canonical entry points and execution model, noting the separation between selection and execution and the risk of conceptual overload.
- Mapped a biological/cellular analogy into a weekly operating cadence, then compared the latest published manual state against newer local material by date and theme.
- Audited documentation coverage gaps between
office-auto-labartifacts andops-wiki/docs, distinguishing missing concepts from content already absorbed elsewhere. - Proposed a minimal governance patch: elevate the weekly cycle into its own page, keep the intraday protocol concise, and define a clear wiki/runtime boundary.
- Reviewed repository docs against the 50/60/65 separation, identifying missing Week Cycle and Runtime Boundary references and updating outdated automation constraints into boundary/contract rules.
- Delivered patch guidance and sync commands for updated docs, while explicitly excluding secrets and fragile runbook details from public doctrine.
Achievements
- Confirmed the manual/link verification workflow and reported honestly on what was found vs. what remained missing.
- Clarified the intended documentation architecture: intraday protocol at 50, weekly governance at 60, and wiki/runtime boundary at 65.
- Identified and patched documentation gaps around week-cycle governance, runtime boundary separation, compiler contracts, and operator registry updates.
- Established a cleaner doctrine/runtime split so the wiki stays durable and implementation-specific details remain out of the manual.
Pending Tasks
- Apply the patched documentation into the target repository and run the recommended build verification.
- Confirm that the new week-cycle governance page and boundary references are linked consistently across the manual.
- Continue monitoring for any remaining conceptual overload or duplicated content between conceptual notes and procedural docs.
