Key Activities:

  1. Course Structure Proposal: Designed frameworks for courses in data management, statistical analysis, cybersecurity, AI, and machine learning, tailored to various knowledge levels.
  2. Training Strategy Development: Formulated strategies to adapt police training programs to the diverse geography and socioeconomic conditions of Buenos Aires, incorporating virtual learning, regional centers, and content personalization.
  3. Evaluation and Improvement Plans: Identified key aspects for evaluating and enhancing existing training centers and programs, specifically in technical fields like criminalistics and public security.
  4. Program Design for Public Safety: Outlined a higher technical degree program in data analysis for public safety, integrating IT, cybersecurity, and soft skills.
  5. Onboarding Recommendations: Provided guidelines for new employees at the Ministry of Security, emphasizing organizational culture, relationship building, system evaluation, and strategic planning.
  6. CDO Communication Strategy: Developed an initial communication strategy for a Chief Data Officer to establish their presence and agenda through ministry portals.
